Where are you located?
We are located in Kurri Kurri, NSW for pickup orders. We do have Central Coast drop off points available on request, and can also offer express post Australia wide. Express postage starts at $20 and is based on the size and weight of your order.
What flavours do you have?
Our cookies are made with high quality vanilla bean, and topped with delicious vanilla fondant icing.
How are they packaged?
Each cookie is individually heat sealed in cello bags, which ensure they stay fresh when stored correctly.
How long do the cookies last?
We recommend eating cookies within 1 week for the freshest taste and texture, however, all cookies come heat sealed and will remain fresh for up to 6 weeks if stored correctly. If you remove cookies from the packaging, store in an airtight contained at room temperature and consume within 2 days.
Cookies should be kept in a cool, dark place away from sunlight, the pantry is the perfect spot! Please do not put any cookies in the refrigerator.
Ingredients and allergens
All cookies contain dairy, eggs and gluten. May contain traces of soy, peanut, tree nut and sesame due to the manufacturing environment. Gluten and vegan friendly options are available on request, however please note we do not have a completely separate environments for these products so cannot 100% guarantee free from cross contamination.
INGREDIENTS: Cookie (Wheat flour, Butter, Eggs, Icing mix (cane sugar, tapioca starch), Vanilla extract), Fondant icing (Sugar, Glucose syrup, Water, Vegetable oil, Potato starch, Humectant (glycerine), Thickeners (413, 466), Colour (171), Acidity regulator (citric acid), Preservative (potassium sorbate), Emulsifier (472c), Natural flavours).
ORDERING
How far in advance should I order?
As soon as possible! We have limited capacity each week for custom orders, with some dates booking out as early as three months in advance. If you know you have an event in the calendar, reach out as soon as you can, because even if you don't know design details, we can organise a holding deposit and working out all the extras later!
Do you have a minimum quantity?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 15 cookies for all custom orders. Our seasonal and ready-to-order boxes can vary in quantity, please check individual listings for specifics.
